banan blueberry smoothie



INGREDIENTS   
  • 2 bananas, peeled, frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS          
In blender, combine fruit on Low until mixed well; add orange juice, honey, and vanilla extract. Puree on Medium until thick and frothy. Pour into glasses. Serves 3.
Per serving: 194 calories, 2g protein, 48g carbohydrate, 1g fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 3 mg sodium, 5 g fiber.
